I felt that the key is the information. I didn't much about freight service, borders documents and fees. They answered all my questions, and they also sent updates when my boxes were checked, what will be the next steps, the ship's name and trajectory...

Other excellent point is the punctuality. When I sent a question, I knew that I will receive an clear answer. When we set a day for the moving out, same thing: the truck was there right on time.

I have to mention the honesty: I paid too much when I transfered the money, but when the boxes were measured and we had the total volume, Japan Luggage reimbursed me right away the difference.

Also, thank you for the excellent English skills. I speak Japanese but freight and procedure documents are a really big challenge, so I appreciated to be able to communicate with my second language.

My wife and I were moving to Canada, had 34 boxes of our personal things to be shipped. We were in a rush to at least have them out of the apartment before the lease was up. Japan Luggage Express helped us with that, and were able to accommodate the rush job by setting a date to have our boxes picked up which worked perfectly with our schedule.
Also, since this was our first time to ship something overseas, Japan Luggage Express guided us through all the steps, as well as explained the procedures we could expect when our shipment arrived in Canada.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic which was putting a delay on everything, we were able to pick up our shipment in Toronto only 2 months from the day the boxes were collected from our apartment in Japan. Nothing was broken! I'd shipped my desktop PC, several game consoles, and even a glass French-press, and everything was fine when I opened the boxes in Canada.
