Momentum Moving provided us with great service on our move both in Tokyo, Japan (packing) and Vancouver BC Canada (unpacking).

Communication was great - listening to our concerns on odors and humidity/water damage, so packing (extra humidity/water damage measures) as well as the checking of the container to be used for odor and wheather it was clean was done to address our concerns. As for the the status of our container and expected arrival date in Canada, the Momentum Team coordinated with the port as to when I should go to the Custom office to clear my goods and what to bring. The whole process was painless and was very fast. We had great service in unpacking our goods from the boxes and clearing out the paper and boxes - it took longer than packing and they were very careful in handling all of the goods. We had two very small items damaged in ths shipment and was provided with great service to process the claims through the insurance we had purchased.
