    What makes your company stand out?

    Our experience and primary focus is international moving to and from Japan. We carefully select the various elements that are basic to ensuring a quality overall service. We work to ensure clear, comprehensive and quick communication throughout the process. We strive to provide each of our customers with a relocation with little or no surprises.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We provide All Risks insurance protection to help safeguard the value of your personal belongings. In the event of unforeseen loss or damage, we work with you and the insurance company to identify the items that can be repaired or replaced.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Starting your planning for your relocation as early as possible is always the best. This starts with you carefully considering what the important criteria will be in your own situation for your move. If you are moving internationally for the first time, you may have very little insight into how it might all work. Since our customers move to destinations all around the world, we help answer questions regarding customs process, scheduling and of course costs.

    I highly recommend MOMENTUM WORLDWIDE MOVERS.

    They responded promptly to a general email query I made. Just 2 other companies also replied, one of which was over a month later. The other company quoted considerably more than Momentum.

    They organised a quote after meeting me online and seeing what I wanted to move. The volume estimate was accurate and there were no additional chargers to the quote and insurance. [Names removed by Sirelo] always responded promptly to email and kept me informed at each stage.

    The team that packed were very professional and wrapped everything well. Some wheel attachments were unintentionally broken during the packing process. Momentum promptly provided replacement cost for the item.

    There was a miscommunication with the receiving company which meant they did not unpack boxes. When I let Momentum know about this they went to great lengths to address the matter and it was resolved.

    Overall I recommend momentum and would move with them again because they provided accurate information, have excellent follow up and address anything that comes up.Read more

    Overall, I am quite satisfy with the way how it was handled. The only I was a little annoyed was the mover put the tape on my bed which I personally did not like.

    I recently used this Momentum for my relocation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the planning process was seamless — they walked me through every detail and made sure nothing was left to chance on moving day.

    The movers themselves were professional and careful throughout, handling my belongings with cate and packing thoughtfully. The moving crew were professional and gregarious and clearly took pride in doing the job right.

    What really stood out was the follow-up after the move. They checked in to make sure everything had arrived safely and that I was settled in without issues. They even arranged for a welcome package at the new apartment!

    I would fully endorse and recommend Momentum to anyone planning a domestic move or international relocation.

    The process was smooth of packing and unpacking was well organised and smooth. The shipment was done within the expected timeline. The company also accommodated us in picking up the boxes after their delivery, assembling furniture, and offering to store items we asked them to for an extra fee. The quote for the move was also very reasonable.

    I really appreciated this company from start to finish. Communication was excellent, professional, and timely. They worked flexibly within my needs from scheduling video calls, packing my items, picking up my belongings, to keeping it cost-friendly by waiting for the shipping container to be full before intercontinental transport. They checked and repacked any items I packed that were not as sturdy and safe as I thought, thereby protecting my property for safe delivery. Everything arrived intact with no issues.     After emailing several companies for quotes, [Name removed by Sirelo] from Momentum Worldwide Movers was not only the first company to get back to me, but he gave me a working quote before other companies had even responded to my initial email. His quote was very competitive, and he gave additional packing tips that helped reduce the overall volume of our shipment. As we were shipping by air, this reduced our overall cost, so we are very appreciative of their effort to put the customer first. Throughout the process [Names removed by Sirelo] were helpful with advice and answering our questions regarding the move. The crew that packed up in Tokyo spoke English, and worked diligently but efficiently. The crew that unpacked in Vienna commented on how well the items were packed, further proof of which was that no items were damaged in the move. Despite the conflict in the Middle East (we moved in June/July 2026), our shipment arrived in under 4 weeks, close enough to the original estimate of 3 weeks, and at no additional cost despite the political situation causing issues (delays and price increases) for many other people who moved at the same time. The experience was so positive that we even suggested to our employer that they add Momentum to their trusted movers list for future employee relocations. We are glad we went with Momentum on the recommendation of a friend!Read more
