    What makes your company stand out?

    Our experience and primary focus is international moving to and from Japan. We carefully select the various elements that are basic to ensuring a quality overall service. We work to ensure clear, comprehensive and quick communication throughout the process. We strive to provide each of our customers with a relocation with little or no surprises.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We provide All Risks insurance protection to help safeguard the value of your personal belongings. In the event of unforeseen loss or damage, we work with you and the insurance company to identify the items that can be repaired or replaced.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Starting your planning for your relocation as early as possible is always the best. This starts with you carefully considering what the important criteria will be in your own situation for your move. If you are moving internationally for the first time, you may have very little insight into how it might all work. Since our customers move to destinations all around the world, we help answer questions regarding customs process, scheduling and of course costs.

    I really appreciated this company from start to finish. Communication was excellent, professional, and timely. They worked flexibly within my needs from scheduling video calls, packing my items, picking up my belongings, to keeping it cost-friendly by waiting for the shipping container to be full before intercontinental transport. They checked and repacked any items I packed that were not as sturdy and safe as I thought, thereby protecting my property for safe delivery. Everything arrived intact with no issues.     After emailing several companies for quotes, [Name removed by Sirelo] from Momentum Worldwide Movers was not only the first company to get back to me, but he gave me a working quote before other companies had even responded to my initial email. His quote was very competitive, and he gave additional packing tips that helped reduce the overall volume of our shipment. As we were shipping by air, this reduced our overall cost, so we are very appreciative of their effort to put the customer first. Throughout the process [Names removed by Sirelo] were helpful with advice and answering our questions regarding the move. The crew that packed up in Tokyo spoke English, and worked diligently but efficiently. The crew that unpacked in Vienna commented on how well the items were packed, further proof of which was that no items were damaged in the move. Despite the conflict in the Middle East (we moved in June/July 2026), our shipment arrived in under 4 weeks, close enough to the original estimate of 3 weeks, and at no additional cost despite the political situation causing issues (delays and price increases) for many other people who moved at the same time. The experience was so positive that we even suggested to our employer that they add Momentum to their trusted movers list for future employee relocations. We are glad we went with Momentum on the recommendation of a friend!Read more

    I had a very good experience shipping my household belongings from Tokyo to the Dominican Republic. The process took about three months and required a lot of paperwork and communication, but the company guided me through every step. Everything arrived safely and in good condition. The team was professional, responsive, and made the international move much less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone planning an overseas relocation.

    We had a very good experience with Momentum Worldwide Movers.
    There always was a good and close communication via mail and we have also had some video calls.
    We postponed the moving of the goods to be sure that there might not be visa issues and the company made no problem of this.
    I would recommend Momentum Worldwide Movers to anyone who is moving abroad, since it's something you don't undertake every day and you need people who have experience so this runs smoothly and who give you reassurance
