日本からドイツへ家族での引越しで利用しました。当初の見積もりを、他社の様な安全ライン（高額）ではなく、実際の荷物に限りなく近いであろう金額で提示していただけたことがこの会社にした決め手です。全体を通してレスポンスが非常に早く、真摯に対応していただけたと感じています。こちらの書類の準備や支払いが遅れてしまったにも関わらず、終始丁寧な対応をしていただき感謝しています。ネットで調べると書類の準備やリスト作成など煩雑な作業が多いようでしたが、実際そのような作業はほとんどなく、多忙な時期だったのでとても有難かったです。

他社は担当者からの連絡に数日かかりリモート下見後見積りをもらえるまでかなり日数を要しましたが、こちらはレスポンスも早く価格も他と比較し安価だった為お願いしました。(大手含め3社に見積り依頼をしましたが、他社は倍近い料金でした)

安価な分不安もありましたが、担当の方には大変良くして頂きました。住まいが地方であったり、実家に一部の荷物移動をお願いしましたが追加料金の発生もなく対応して頂けました。
また自身での書類準備等が最低限で済んだのもストレスフリーで助かりました。

出航後の搬送期間に関してはコントロール外かとは思いますが、約2ヶ月で受け取る事ができ予想よりスムーズでした。現地の作業員の方も日本人ではないですが親切でした。

帰国の際はまた利用させて頂きたいと思っています。

I recommend T Relocation’s services and would definitely use them again. I used T Relocation for permanently moving from Japan to Canada. In total, 73 boxes were shipped by surface and 2 boxes containing electric guitars and other goods were shipped by air.

Communication was smooth before and after pick-up, even considering it was during a busy season.

My priorities were cost performance and the safe handling of fragile items. I’m happy with T Relocation regarding both of my priorities. I’m a collector of pottery and glasswork. T Relocation handled the shipping of many boxes filled with fragile items and they all arrived safely. The pick-up and packing was swift and efficient with friendly service. The same can be said when I received the shipment at the destination. The costs for all services were reasonable. I’m very pleased.

東京-ロサンゼルスの船便の見積もりを依頼しました。ネット上の評判が芳しくないことも懸念していましたが、複数のやり取りの中で、不明瞭・不誠実に感じる説明などがあり、不安が募ったことから丁重にお断りのお電話をしたところ、「20万円の依頼で何回もメールのやり取りをしたくなかったから断ってもらって良かった」「200万300万の依頼をするお客さんはそんな細かいことを言わない」などと最後に嫌味を言われ、電話を切られました。
複数のやり取りの中で生じた不信感が的中したと実感しました。
個人で利用される方は上記のとおり金額で足元を見ているのでご留意ください。

オーストラリアメルボルンまでの海外引越しをお願いしました。引越し時期が繁忙期ということもあり、大変忙しい時にも関わらずメールにも即反応していただき、梱包に足りなくなったダンボールなどもすぐ送っていただけ嬉しかったです。

T RELOCATION さんにお願いしたのは、おおよその見積もりをすぐ教えてもらえ、引越し費用が明確だったという点です。
他社だと見積もりをもらうまでに、ビデオコールを予約、更にビデオコールで家中を見せ持っていくものを説明してからと過程が長く、時間がかかりました。しかも見積もり価格は2倍以上でした。

割れやすい物や梱包が心配な物は、引越し当日に丁寧に梱包してもらえたので、無事に到着しました。心配な物はプロの技で梱包してもらえるので安心です。

オーストラリアに着いてからも、現地の会社とのメールでやりとりをしていましたが、スムーズでした。船という事で時間はかかりますが、コンテナなので箱にもほとんどダメージがない状況で届いたのでよかったです。

Initially everything seemed fine. Got a good quote and timeline suited us. But then try days after the initial quote was made, due to Suez Canal issues the price went up, a lot. Anyways.. they came and picked everything up and all seemed fine, but in contrast to what it said in the website, they charged 10000y for a few small pieces of rubbish, instead of a per kg price which would have been a few 100 yen instead. I was too tired to argue then so forget about it.
I was promised they would process and refund me the tax and other items for the car but so far I haven’t heard a word about this..
Anyways, received update and container was shipped end of February with ETA in Dublin on 12/03, actual arrival was about 20/03 but no fault of the company. During the shipment communication was good and everything was preiswerter together with the local agent here. Sadly, one shipment arrived and was cleared is when the problems began.
We had pre paid everything and I was able to quickly pickup the car from the depot but the local agent was still awaiting payment from T Express via Mr Ueno.. delays, daily phone calls from the agent and frequent contact by me, lying and promises broken.. first after 2 1/2 months the first part of the payment was made to the local agent to release the goods.. the amount of of stress this delay caused is unmeasurable. We are currently putting together a lawsuit in Japan for personal compensation, breach of contract and together with the local agent, for financial fraud and attempt of falsification of banking information.
