Poor communication and very slow process.
When they send a request for information, they gave me only few days to provide the information (for instance the complete details of 42 boxes). The process was not transparent at all and suspect they took advantage of the slow process to overbill. I do not recommend it at all

Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs.
They made a mistake with my quote then contacted me less than a week before my moving date, to try and get me to agree increase the cost by 500%. Of course I refused, since it was a legally binding quote and there was no time to make other arrangements. This was over six months ago, and they still haven't shipped my goods.
I suspect they make this 'mistake' deliberately because they initially sent me a quote for someone else, and it contained exactly the same 'mistake'.
They have a legal (not to mention moral) obligation to fulfil the original terms, but clearly don't give a damn about that.
Communication is likewise awful. There has been no update for many months and they ignore emails too. During my last phone call, they bluntly stated they're not going to ship until there's spare space in a container, because they only care about their profits, even though they admit the fault is entirely theirs.
