I would highly recommend the team at Momentum Worldwide Movers. They were extremely communicative and flexible from day one and the packing team was efficient and careful. We felt well-caed-for and that helped reduce the stress that is inevitabe with a global move.

The team of three people that came to pick-up our belongings did a great job. They worked very efficiently and all of them had an adequate level of English for the job to be done. I am currently awaiting the arrival of the shipment to destination. So far, a good experience with all the people involved from quotation to follow-up on administrative details.

Professional doesn't quite describe them - they did what I expected them to do, and always went the extra mile. Only people who have actually gone through a move to Portugal know how hard it is. Momentum checked the most efficiet routes for the shipment, including the most hassle-free ports to clear customs. The end result was that I had the shipment reach me when [Name removed by Sirelo]said it would, having gone smoothly through customs and then trucked down to Cascais. Everything was carefully packed by the crew in Japan, properly labeled, nothing was broken or missing. Can't praise Momentum, especially [Name removed by Sirelo], for their professionalism, courtesy, kindness and, most importantly, their knowledge and experience.

The Momentum Worldwide team was very flexible and accommodating. We were not sure about our exact moving date and our goods had to be stored for months. Momentum met our request without any problem. The crew that came was friendly and careful.

The agent on the receiving end was also okay. They were able to find a solution to the parking problem which is not easy in an old and busy city. The delivery team was professional, flexible and adjusted easily to narrow spaces.

The Momentum Worldwide team was exceptionally flexible and accommodating over a very long pre-move period caused by our circumstances. The met our requests for multiple pick-ups without stress. The crews that came were always friendly and careful.
We were informed in extreme detail of all the official needs and informal tips. Could not have been more helpful.
We ended up with a nearly full 40ft container of over 400 pieces and it all arrived with zero damage thanks to very thorough packing of it all. Quite amazing!
Their agent on the receiving end was also very communicative and delivered exactly on time with not stress or variances.
