It was an efficient move, although there were some sang regarding arrival of my items and delivery date. Also the arrival company was not aware of my contract stipulations and attempted to charge additional fees before delivery in the USA. Customer service in Japan was amazing, working with [Name removed by Sirelo] was flawless issues only arose on the USA side of things.

The move went very smoothly. The teams on both ends were efficient and courteous. [Name removed by Sirelo] at Momentum was on top of everything and very responsive. I was also pleasantly surprised the long storage in the summer heat of Dubai did not cause any mold so the storage facility was humidity controlled. I would definitely recommend Momentum to anyone moving locally or internationally.

The team were so great to deal with, so accommodating with our tight timeline and our goods were packed incredibly (and quickly!). We would definitely recommend Momentum Worldwide Movers to anyone looking for a moving company.

Service was very good, subcontracted to packing company and their service was very good too. Logistic shipping was organized from Japan to Canada

Momentum was very efficient and helpful throughout the planning and packing process. We had no complaints on the Japan side of the move. However the corresponding company receding our shipment in Canada- Armstrong- was not nearly as professional. Our customs papers were filled out incorrectly causing us to have to spend two days traveling back and forth to clear things up. Momentum was asked to intervene and they were able to make it happen. Armstrong delivered and unpacked everything, then discovered that the hardware to reassemble our dining room table and other desks was misplaced. We spent several days with unpacked furniture on the floor in pieces until Momentum helped them track the hardware to a crate containing a stone lantern that we had planned to store longer term. The crates had to be opened however to retrieve the hardware,and finally the tables etc were reassembled. Armstrong also unfortunately damaged our fireplace when a large piece of furniture was brought in. Momentum was able after several weeks to persuade them to cover with insurance. We are grateful for Momentum being there throughout to manage these issues. We would evaluate Momentum positively separately here from Armstrong. Communication with Momentum was responsive and consistent throughout. We would recommend them without hesitation.Read more
